Andrey Kruglyikhin is an independent consultant.
In the last few years (2007-2011), Andrey Kruglykhin has been a consultant at QVT Financial LLP, London, an investment sub-advisor to QVT Fund LP, a hedge fund with assets under management of over $8 billion. Andrey Kruglykhin used to work, and later consult, as a Senior Advisor in the Corporate Finance Department for Central and Eastern Europe at ING Bank, London (2005-2006). Until then, for five years, he was the CEO of Petrol holding AD, the majority shareholder of Petrol AD, Sofia. Before this, he spent several years working for a Russian oil and gas upstream company, RITEK, Moscow.
Andrey Kruglykhin has a MSc in Energy Economics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (University) and a PhD degree in Petroleum Economics from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. In 2005 -2006 he attended five out of six modules of Trium EMBA - a joint program of New York University Stern School of Business (NYU Stern), the London School of Economics and Politicial Science (LSE) and Graduate Business School (HEC Paris). In 1999, Andrey Kruglykhin was also awarded a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance (CDipAF) from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), an unofficial Russian translation by Askeri - ACCA, Moskow and an Anti- crisis Management Official Certificate from the Institute for Advanced Qualification of State Officials, Moscow.
Andrey Kruglykhin is the Executive director and a member of the Board of directors of ELARG.
Ivo Gadev is a Deputy Executive Director of Corporate Banking at Allianz Bank Bulgaria. Before taking this position, Mr. Gadev spent 12 years in various positions at Unionbank. His last position was Director of Business Development in the segment Motor Vehicles. He began his career in a corporate finance company.
Ivo Gadev has a master''s degree in Industrial Management from the University of National and World Economy.

Dobromir Hristov Mr. Hristov has spent the last 12 years working within the National security Agency and Ministry of Interior with a number of varied responsibilities covering economic security and the counteraction of illicit trade. Before that he spent three years working for an auditing company. He obtained a Masters degree in Marketing and Management in 1995 from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.
