Board of Directors

Andrey Kruglikhin is an independent consultant in London and QVT Financial LLP, London, an investment sub-advisor to QVT Fund LP, a hedge fund with assets under management  of over $8 billion which is the largest shareholder in ELARG, is one of his clients.

Andrey Kruglikhin used to work and, later consult as a Senior Advisor the Corporate Finance Department for Central and Eastern Europe at ING Bank, London in 2005-2006. Until then, for five years, he was the CEO of Petrol holding AD, the majority shareholder of Petrol AD, Sofia. Before this, he spent several years working for a Russian oil and gas upstream company, RITEK, Moscow.

Andrey Kruglikhin has a MSc in Energy Economics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (University) and a PhD degree in Petroleum Economics from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. In 2005 -2006 he attended five out of six modules of Trium EMBA  - a joint program of New York University Stern School of Business (NYU Stern), the London School of Economics and Politicial Science (LSE) and Graduate Business School (HEC Paris). In 1999, Andrey Kruglikhin was also awarded a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance (CDipAF) from the Association of  Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), an unofficial Russian translation by Askeri - ACCA, Moskow and an Anti- crisis Management  Official Certificate from the Institute for Advanced Qualification of State Officials, Moscow.

Andrey Kruglikhin is the Executive director and a member of the Board of directors of ELARG.

Stefan Stefanov is a head of the specialized departments for internal control of Allianz Bank Bulgaria and the insurance companies Allianz Bulgaria, Allianz Bulgaria Life and Energy. Parallel to this, he was also the CEO of the intermediary company Bulgaria Net, a part of Allianz Bulgaria Holding. A great part of his professional development he spent in the holding, where for 15 years he held various positions.
Stefan Stefanov has graduated from the UACEG - University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy. He specialized in Management and Insurance in Great Britain, the Netherlands, the United States, Japan, France and Bulgaria. 

Stefan Stefanov is the Chairman of the Board of directors of ELARG.

Ivo Gadev is a Deputy Executive Director of Corporate Banking at Allianz Bank Bulgaria. Before taking this position, Mr. Gadev spent 12 years in various positions at Unionbank. His last position was Director of Business Development in the segment Motor Vehicles. He began his career in a corporate finance company.
Ivo Gadev has a master''s degree in Industrial Management from the University of National and World Economy.

Ivo Gadev is a member of the Board of directors of ELARG.

Dobromir Hristov  Mr. Hristov has spent the last 12 years working within the National security Agency and Ministry of Interior with a number of varied responsibilities covering economic security and the counteraction of illicit trade. Before that he spent three years working for an auditing company. He obtained a Masters degree in Marketing and Management in 1995 from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.

Dobromir Hristov is a member of the Board of directors of ELARG.

Dimitar Valkov  Mr. Valkov has 20 years’ international banking experience. His experience includes acting as Director of Client Coverage for the Varna region and Director of Varna Office at ING, Regional Director for Hebros Bank (the successor to the Agricultural and Cooperative Bank of Bulgaria), and Senior Trade Manager at BNP Paribas, among more recent appointments. Mr Valkov has a degree from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria.

Dimitar Valkov is a member of the Board of Directors of ELARG.
