According to Bulgarian legislation, all special purpose vehicles have to select their servicing company, which is to be in charge of their professional management. Due to their organization, resources and professionally trained employees, the servicing companies are able to manage the assets – property of the special purpose entities – in a reliable manner.
Agromanage AD is a company, which manages agricultural land and the agribusiness activities thereof – cultivation of agricultural land, acquisition and renting or leasing out of agricultural land, storage, processing and realization of agricultural produce, and warehouse transactions.
The company is engaged in management of the land of ELARG Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund REIT. Agromanage AD manages the duties of the fund and protects its interests regarding the lease, rental, tenancy and other agreements it has entered into with its partners.

ELARG AGRO EOOD is a company, owned in its entirety by ELARG Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund REIT. Its activity is concentrated on land consolidation and consolidated land management.
ELARG WIND EOOD is a company, owned in its entirety by ELARG Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund REIT. The company’s activity encompasses research and analysis, aiming to identify lands – property of the fund – suitable for construction of wind farms and their subsequent management.
